TWG news recently put up an interview with Fabian Akker, one of our game/level designers. The interview focuses on the who, what, why's of Swords and Soldiers. Go check it out!
We don't always get a mail notification when an interview is posted, so it's quite possible you guys stumble onto them before we do.
There are quite a lot of interviews as we try to get the game out there and we can't keep refreshing sites until we're put up, or the game would never get finished. ^_^
We cannot give an exact release date, as the game has not yet been fully approved by Nintendo. Once it is approved, the game will probably be released within a week or something like that, so we cannot give an exact release data until something like a week before release!
Of course not; but do you really want them to put up a new blogpost every time a new interview is being published somewhere...? There are loads of them around on the web!
Even in Dutch free newspapers ;-) Nice part about Swords & Soldiers and an old screenshot about multiplayer. Hope Nintendo put a nice trailer on the Nintendo Wii channel.
That would be this one (for all you people who read Dutch - or any Germanic language with Indo-European or otherwise linguistic skills): http://www.depers.nl/cultuur/292548/Vikinggroenten-jatten-in-Utrecht.html
(another contribution towards the 150-comments-to-one-post goal!)
according to the FAQ: How far along is Swords and Soldiers?
"A review version of the game has been sent to ESRB for the US, PEGI for Europe, USK for Germany and AGCB for Australia. The last bugs are being squashed and the balancing is receiving its final minor tweaks. So all in all we are nearly at the finish line!"
if this is true why cant we see more faction stuff?
